Urgent on the day appointments for those whose condition cannot wait until the next routine appointment
If requesting an urgent appointment, the staff may ask you for more details as to the need for your appointment. This is to ensure your care is directed to the most appropriate individual and in a timescale that is appropriate.
Standard appointments are normally for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you feel that you will need more time than this, please ask the administrative assistant for a double appointment.
Medicals, which take longer than normal appointments, are by special arrangement.
